ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10, HOW WILLING WOULD YOU BE TO DONATE MONEY FOR SCHOOL SPORTS EQUIPMENT? (WHERE 1 IS 'NOT WILLING AT ALL' AND 10 IS 'VERY WILLING')

From my questionnaire results it is clear that while men, woman and people who preferred to keep their genders anonymous are each roughly equally willing to donate, woman are the least willing, men are slightly more willing and people who preferred to keep their genders anonymous are the most willing to donate money for school sports equipment. However, the sample size was too small to make any significant findings.

WOULD YOU BE MORE WILLING TO DONATE MONEY ONLINE OR IN PERSON?

From my questionnaire results you can see that people are more willing to donate money online than in person. People are 30% more willing to donate money online than in person. However, the sample size was too small to make any significant findings.

HAVE YOU EVER DONATED SPORTS EQUIPMENT OR MONEY FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT?

From my questionnaire results it is evident that there are more people that have not donated sports equipment or money for sports equipment than people that have. However, the sample size was too small to make any significant findings.

DID YOU KNOW WHAT CROWDFUNDING WAS BEFORE YOU READ THE DEFINITION?

From my questionnaire results you can see that most people knew the definition of crowdfunding before reading the definition. Roughly three quarters of people that answered the questionnaire knew the definition before reading it. However, the sample size was too small to make any significant findings.

HOW DO YOU THINK THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED?

From my questionnaire results it is clear that the most people think that 'Fundraisers' are the best solution to the problem of schools not being able to afford sports equipment (with 39% of people choosing this option). 'Crowdfunding' was the second most popular choice, with 34% of people choosing it. In third place, with 21% of people choosing it, was 'Bigger government grants'. 'More expensive school fees (to include sports equipment)' and 'Sports organisations sponsoring equipment' were the least popular, with 4% and 2% of the votes, respectively. However, the sample size was too small to make any significant findings.
